| Chef | Qualified with minimum 5 years experience | Expressions of interest |
| Hostess | Senior first aid, RSA & 2 years hospitality experience | Expressions of interest |
| Reservations / Guest Liaison | Minimum 1 year experience in a reservations role | Expressions of interest |
| Administration / Guest Liaison | Minimum 2 year experience in an Administration Co-ordinator role | Expressions of interest |
