All baggage should be packed in one soft bag for easy stowage.
We advise that you pack casual, comfortable and quick-dry clothing for daytime. There are no strict dress codes for dining as a rule, generally casual attire for evenings is recommended.
The following list is designed to help you prepare for your Kimberley wilderness cruise.
- T-shirts/blouses – short sleeved
- Long sleeved, light shirt (good for sun protection on excursions)
- Loose and comfortable shorts
- Light jumper/jacket (suitable for cooler nights)
- Bathers
- Sarongs
- Wide brim hat/cap
- Sunglasses
- Walking shoes with good ankle support
- Reef shoes or equivalent that you don’t mind getting wet
- Binoculars for the keen bird-watcher and viewing rock art in hard to reach places)
- Camera, memory cards, plenty of film and batteries, cords and rechargers
- Water Bottle for excursions (bottled water is available onboard for purchase)
- Soft, small, waterproof bag or backpack to take on excursions
- Toiletries (we do have environmentally friendly shampoo, conditioner and body wash onboard however you may wish to bring your own.)
- Personal hygeiene items
- Prescription medication (paracetamol etc)
- Vitamins
- Motion sickness preventative
- Sun protection (we do supply onboard)
- Chapstick
When packing please remember there is 10kg luggage limit per person for all cruises that include a flight portion. Luggage weight is restricted due to light aircraft safety regulations.
Any luggage which exceeds this allowance may not be loaded onto helicopter / aircraft.
Any excess luggage may be stored in our office located in Broome.
Please advise us before your departure if you require storage. |
