Captain / Operations Manager.

How would you describe yourself?

Hard working and down to earth.

Describe your role in 10 words or less:

Oversee operations, and ensure our guests and crew enjoy the Kimberley.

What is your favourite aspect of your job?

Touring the Kimberley coast on board the Kimberley Quest II.

Your favourite activity and why?

Hard to choose, but probably the freshwater swims and rock art. The scenery is beautiful too!

What is your favourite icon in the Kimberley?

Mt Trafalgar and King Cascades. The Prince Regent River is spectacular too!

Your favourite time of the year and why?

June to July, because the colours of the vegetation around King Cascades becomes a vibrant green and the whales start to migrate north.

Your favourite meal on board?

Pretty much anything! Our chefs do an amazing job. If I had to choose though, it would probably be fresh sashimi.

What are your favourite hobbies to do when you are on your time off?

Surfing and going for bush walks, and just relaxing on Cable Beach.

How would you describe yourself?

Country girl who loves nature.

To arrange and sell people's dream holiday.

What is your favourite aspect of your job?

Hearing the constant positive feedback from our guests - meaning we have got it right!

Your favourite activity and why?

Camping with my family in the Kimberley. I love our beautiful pocket of the world and exploring all the beautiful gorges, waterfalls, flora and fauna.

What is your favourite icon in the Kimberley?

King George Falls.

Your favourite time of the year and why?

May - the Kimberley is lush and green, the waterfalls are thundering following on from the wet season, the heat is easing but you still get a hint of the monsoonal season with spectacular sunsets. The country feels alive!

Your favourite meal on board?

Fresh Barramundi caught the same day.

What are your favourite hobbies to do when you are on your time off?

Camping, fishing, beach combing, yoga, hanging out with my kids.

Fun & easy going

Organising the holiday of a lifetime for our guests.

What is your favourite aspect of your job?

Seeing our passengers' smiles, and hearing their stories when they return from their KQII adventures.

Fishing & discovering new places.

Wet Season — Mother Nature is at her best in the Kimberley region.

Fishing, camping, 4WDing, & relaxing with mates.

Naturalist.

How would you describe yourself?

Senior guide / environmental consultant / amateur historian.

Interpreting Kimberley landscape, flora, fauna and Aboriginal culture. Training crew.

What is your favourite aspect of your job?

Sharing knowledge with our eager guests.

Your favourite activity and why?

Exploring and finding new rock art or undiscovered places and plants.

What is your favourite icon in the Kimberley?

Hunter River - Magnificent scenery, mountains, rainforest and mangroves with great wildlife.

Your favourite time of the year and why?

March - April, when the waterfalls are spectacular and the country is lush and green.

Your favourite meal on board?

Chilli Mud Crab.

What are your favourite hobbies to do when you are on your time off?

Camping and bush walking, growing desert roses, travelling overseas, walking dogs on the beach.

How would you describe yourself?

Happy, lots of fun, and someone who is always up for a laugh

Describe your role in 10 words or less:

To give guests the best experience possible, while also helping the Master.

What is your favourite aspect of your job?

The best part about this job is that I have the chance to explore the Kimberley region. It's an incredible opportunity!

Your favourite activity and why?

Fishing, for sure. I've always loved fishing, and enjoy the thrill of trying to catch the next elusive fish.

What is your favourite icon in the Kimberley?

Saint George Basin is a deep harbour connected to the Indian Ocean in the Kimberley. There's so much to do out there, with tidal mud flats and mangroves.

Your favourite time of the year and why?

It would definitely have to be when there is run off and build up because that means better fishing!

Your favourite meal on board?

It's hard to pick just one favourite - I love all the food. The chefs do an awesome job!

What are your favourite hobbies to do when you are on your time off?

When I'm not on board, I like to go fishing, motorbike riding and just relax with family and friends.

Chef.

How would you describe yourself?

Easy and outgoing.

Describe your role in 10 words or less:

To make delicious, enjoyable meals with the freshest possible ingredients.

What is your favourite aspect of your job?

Being able to look out at what the incredible Kimberley region has to offer while I work. I have the perfect view of the landscape from my window in the kitchen. I love working with the fabulous crew too.

Your favourite activity and why?

Swimming and fishing because we have the opportunity to catch fresh seafood for our guests to enjoy. It's also a great way to relax!

What is your favourite icon in the Kimberley?

There are too many spectacular icons in the Kimberley to name. However, I can't help but be amazed by the soaring red sandstone cliffs found along the coastline.

Your favourite time of the year and why?

The dry season because it's so warm in the Kimberley. It's the perfect escape!

Your favourite meal on board?

My favourite has got to be Moroccan lamb!

What are your favourite hobbies to do when you are on your time off?

I love to play golf, go fishing, snowboarding, and of course cook.

Hostess.

How would you describe yourself?

Fun and caring.

Describe your role in 10 words or less:

Helping people have an unforgettable Kimberley trip.

What is your favourite aspect of your job?

There isn't a moment on board where you can't look around and be blown away by the beauty that surrounds you. This part of the world is unlike anywhere else!

Your favourite activity and why?

I absolutely love going for walks and swimming, because it takes me to the most beautiful places.

What is your favourite icon in the Kimberley?

You really can't beat a Kimberley sunset or a sunrise. The colours that they produce are just phenomenal.

Your favourite time of the year and why?

July as it's the best time of the year for camping and seeing wildflowers.

Your favourite meal on board?

Pork belly is my favourite dish.

What are your favourite hobbies to do when you are on your time off?

I love being outdoors, so camping, hiking, snorkelling and swimming are right up there as my favourite hobbies. I also enjoy cooking, reading and going to the beach.
